How often should I have a Pest Treatment done on my property? 

We recommend your next treatment be at around the 8-month mark to keep you at the maximum protection. 

Generally Pest treatments should be carried out every 6-12months (Under normal Circumstances) 
 

Do I need to leave my home during the treatment? 

No, leaving your home is usually not necessary. 
 

Do I need to do anything to prepare for treatment?

We suggest a small tidy up so we can treat as much area as possible.
 

What if it rains on the day of treatment?

We will make a decision on the day as to whether we can effectively carry out your Pest Treatment or not due to rain, whatever happens, it will be a decision that we decide on together.
 

How long will my treatment last?

The answer is every situation & property is different! A few keys things to take into consideration

• Weather – Weather conditions will see an increase in certain pest activity

• Location & Environment – a house surrounded by lots of vegetation and debris will need more regular treatments than a home that isn't.

• Pests Treated

• Do you have an infestation – If you do have an infestation, you may need a few treatments to get it under control.

These things all have a role to play in how long treatment will last.

Can I Clean after my Treatment? 

We recommend to hold off mopping floors for 7 days, Vacuuming & sweeping is ok.

Waiting at least 14 days before washing your windows.

Its best to remove all cobs 5 days after treatment to prevent new spiders moving into them.
